At Premkumar B2B Sales Academy, we offer digital training services, including live sessions, recorded content, downloadable materials, and mentorship. Due to the nature of digital education products, we follow a strict No Refund & No Cancellation policy.
No Refund Policy
Once a purchase/enrollment is completed:
- No refund will be provided under any circumstances
- This includes cases of non-attendance, change of mind, or inability to participate
- Access to course content is considered product delivery
Digital Product Acknowledgement
By purchasing the course:
- You acknowledge that you are buying a non-returnable digital product
- You understand that access is granted immediately after the transaction is successful
- Therefore, the transaction is final and non-reversible
No Cancellation Policy
Once payment is processed:
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted
- Course access remains active as per the duration mentioned during enrollment
Rescheduling (If Applicable)
If you are unable to attend a live batch:
- You may request to join another batch only if available
- Approval is subject to business decision and availability
- Additional fees may apply for batch changes
Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
Initiating unnecessary chargebacks or payment disputes for already delivered digital content:
- May result in immediate suspension of access,
- And legal action to recover outstanding dues and damage caused
